Best Lookin’ In Dayton

“SURPRISE!!” were the loud exclamations shouted as Ken Roberts entered the Michael Solomon Pavilion this very afternoon on Saturday, June 23, 2018. It took Ken by complete bombshell. His beloved family from all corners — immediate, church, square dance and acquaintance gathered to celebrate Ken Robert’s 70th Birthday. This was not only a celebration of Ken’s anniversary of his birth, but also a celebration of all the very lives that he has touched in so many ways. No matter who you are, where you might have been, or what shape one might be in, Ken Roberts always extends his hand, gives a word of encouragement and offers a hug or handshake. Tom Davis MC’d the party. Pam Courts, Jay Fitch, Wesley Fenton, and Linda Bishop helped kept the afternoon dancing. Many stories about Ken Roberts were shared. One particular story caught our undivided attention. Pam Courts reminisced how Ken Roberts was, “The Best Lookin’ Caller In Dayton!” Everyone agreed and still does. Ken Roberts, you are a shining example to us all!!

Hi. I am a member of Clinton County Country Squares who wants to share the art and love of square dancing as our club does.
